INSTRUCTIONS

Sift 2–3g (2-3 Chashaku/bamboo spoons) of roasted matcha into your Chawan (bowl)

Add 40 ml of hot (max. 80°C) or cold water

Whisk with your Chasen (bamboo whisk) using a “W/M” motion until smooth and frothy

Add more water, or finish with your favourite milk for a creamy roasted matcha latte - Drink & enjoy!
NOTE
This roasted matcha is crafted from a premium blend of Asahi, Gokou, Okumidori, Samidori, Saemidori and Sakimodori - three exceptional cultivars traditionally used to produce the highest-quality matcha. Grown in shade (unlike Sencha which is grown in full sunlight) and carefully hand-picked, the Tencha leaves are slowly roasted at a very high temperature before being stone-ground into a fine powder. The result is a rare, aromatic roasted matcha - a bold reinterpretation of matcha that is warm, grounding, and beautifully complex.
