INSTRUCTIONS

Sift 2–3g (2-3 Chashaku/bamboo spoons) of matcha into your Chawan (bowl)

Add 40 ml of hot (max. 80°C) or cold water

Whisk with your Chasen (bamboo whisk) using a “W/M” motion until smooth and frothy

Add more water to enjoy as a traditional usucha, or finish with your favourite milk for a creamy matcha latte - Drink & enjoy!
